In 1970 The Williams family of the magic valley were like any other hard working family. They worked long hours on the farm milking cows while tending to the family horses. They enjoyed the simple things like horseback riding along the canyon rim and sitting by the fire pit exchanging family stories. Jay and Margret Williams loved the magic valley so much they decided to turn their farm into affordable luxury housing for senior citizens. They got to work building and in the spring of 1970 Lazy J Ranch Inc was born. Over the years Lazy J Ranch has been managed by multiple generations from his talented children to their grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lazy J Ranch Inc. just turned 50 years old as of 2020 and is still excited to still be offering affordable luxury housing right here in the Magic Valley or as Jay Williams used to say “Gods Country”.
